TERMS OF SALE: All sales are subject to the approval of the Circuit Court. A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the highest bid and will become a part of the total sales price on each property. All sales are subject to confirmation by the Court. The highest bidder shall deposit twenty percent (20%) of its bid, or Two Thousand ($2,000.00) dollars, whichever is more, which sum shall be credited to the purchase price at closing. All deposits must be in the form of cash, travelers check, bank certified check or money order. No personal checks will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified bank letter.
The Special Commissioner expressly reserves the right to keep the bidding open for any length of time, postpone the sale to a later date, withdraw any property, reject any and all bids, review the qualifications of all bidders, and amend or supplement the terms of sale by verbal announcements prior to or during the sale.
