TERMS AND CONDITIONS
     A Complete survey has been completed on all tracts. Tracts sell on price per acres basis based on surveyed acreage. Tracts sell through the method of "Buyers Choice". This method will continue until all tracts have been sold. Successful bidder(s) will pay 10% down evening of sale and sign into written contract with the sellers. Balance will be due on or before January 10, 2017 tracts sell free and clear of tenant, full possession will be given at closing. Successful buyer(s) will be responsible for all 2017 and subsequent years taxes. Sellers will pay for title search and provide a sellers policy of title insurance in full amount of purchase price. Any additional closing cost will be divided in equal shares between the buyer and sellers.
