Land Location

Land is located in Sections 4 & 5, T9N•R5W, Stronghurst Township, Henderson County, IL. From Stronghurst, IL, take Hwy. 94 north 3.5 miles to County Rd. 1150, then left or west 4 miles to the farm. Watch for pre-sale directional signs.

Method & Terms

Tracts 1 & 2 will sell on a price per acre basis and will be offered through the marketing method of “Buyer’s Choice,” whereas the high bidder can elect, in any order, either or both tracts for their high bid.

Ten percent (10%) of the bid price will be due on the day of the auction, with the balance due at the time of closing, on or before Monday, January 30, 2017. Title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided by the seller. The 2016 real estate taxes, due and payable in 2017, will be paid by the seller. Full possession will be given at the time of closing on both tracts. Both tracts sell free & clear for the 2017 crop year.
