BIDDING OPENS 12/15 AND CLOSES MONDAY DECEMBER 19, 2016 BEGINNING @ 5:00 P.M.

36 Acres +/- Vacant Tiled Farm Land. Located in Section 7, Frankenlust East Township, Bay County, MI.

Mostly tappan loam soils (see soil map). The back 15 ac. across RR tracks was re-tiled approx. 2 years ago at 30'. The front is tiled at approx. 30' but the small triangle shaped piece North of the drive is not tiled. The cement crock along the drive by the drain is no longer used since the ditch was dug out and the tube was lowered that goes under the RR tracks. There is 240V power on the pole by the crock. There is a catch basin at the SW corner of the farm. A neighboring farm across the RR track shares the driveway.

This farm is part of the Holland Farm Assoc. and there is a yearly meeting and annual dues of approx. $10/ac. pumping fee.
