Avoid Disappointments :

Before consigning objects for this auction, please read carefully. Ask questions.
1. If it didn't sell at the yard sale/flea market, chances are very good that it won't sell here.
2. ALL items brought here will be SOLD at the best price they can.
3. What you think it is worth, what the book or Ebay says it's worth, doesn't matter. It is worth what someone will pay for it.
4. If it is not worth a minimum of $10.00, it is "box" lot material
5. "Box" lots should be ready to go. Unpacking and sorting take time.
6. Table space is valuable. Large pictures, mirrors and prints usually do not sell well. They should be placed on the floor.
7. Set up time is on Sunday from 9:30 AM until 1 PM, other times by arrangement.
8. Condense items on tables. Put "smalls" together on a tray.
9. Bad sellers: non vintage books, clothes, "new" items, electronics, tools, "new" baseball cards (1980's up), Hummels, lamps, "new" magazines after 1960's; glossy post cards, "new" porcelain dolls.
10. Someone goes first; someone goes last. Quality decides.
11. Good sellers: antiques, odd, unusual, coins, stamps, postcards, vintage baseball cards, musical instruments, better quality costume jewelry, trains, vintage toys, quality ephemera,
12. Leftovers will be given/thrown away. We cannot "save" it for the next sale.
13. Most auctions send checks out in 2-4 weeks. We try our best to send them in one week.
14. We buy items we like. Free appraisals.
