There has been a steady rental history for all the properties throughout several years. The property owner pays for the water and all other utilities are separate for each unit and paid by the tenant.

Terms: 10% down day of the auction and balance due at closing. Properties will be offered separately and together in order to determine the best opportunity for the buyer to combine any and all properties. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the sale price to determine the final bid price. The properties sell with confirmation of bid price.
