Land:  There is approximately a total of 149± acres of with approximately 98.63±   acres of crop land. According to the FSA office has a wheat base of 98.6±  with a 44 bushel per acre yield.  On the northwest side of the property it has salt fork river frontage with heavy timber. Excellent for hunting, fishing, four wheeling, camping, etc.  The property also has a small creek that runs into the salt fork river and is excellent hunting as well. If your looking for an excellent hunting and fishing, with cropland this is the farm! Building: Has and 4800 sq. ft. building south side is open to feed cattle out of. Building needs some work.
