Due to a fire in another wing of the building, the Willow Room Banquet Center Auction INSPECTION and CLOSING have been changed.  The fire has not affected the area occupied by the Willow Room

The Willow Room in Belle Vernon, PA has been a premier location for weddings, parties and corporate functions. With its closing on January 1, 2017 all equipment, furnishings and smallwares will be sold in this online auction. 

The Willow Room auction is going to be one of our biggest and best auctions yet. This 5-star banquet facility features commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration in great condition.

Items include:
Cooking equipment: (2) sets of Blodgett double stack convection ovens, Groen 30-gal tilting braising pans,  Alto-Shaam cook and hold oven, Groen 40qt tilting kettle, Southbend 2-compartment steamer, Vulcan 10-burner range, TEC charbroiler, Pitco fryers, Hobart mixer, Randell steamtable, Vulcan 36" salamander broiler, Amana Commercial microwave, Waring waffle makers, Star countertop portable grill, countertop induction burner

INSPECTIONS:
One inspection will take place at the Willow Room Banquet Center prior to the closing of the auction on Monday, January 23, 2017 from 11AM-3PM. RestaurantAuctionCompany.com encourages potential bidders to inspect items before bidding. Bid with Confidence.

CONDITIONS AND DESCRIPTIONS: All items are sold as is. All sales are final and contain no warranty. Descriptions are believed to be correct but are not guaranteed. If you have any questions about the condition of an item it is recommended that you attend our inspection day or confide in our rating system. Our 1-10 Likert rating scale is compiled by our professionals with over 30 years of industry experience.

AUCTION CLOSING: The auction will begin to close at 11AM on Tuesday, January 24, 2017. A staggered ending is in place where 3 items will close per minute. Bidding time will automatically be extended for items which a bid has been placed within the previous two minutes. This feature eliminates last second sniping and creates a more live auction atmosphere.

PAYMENT: Payment is required within 24 hours of closing. RestaurantAuctionCompany.com accepts Visa and Mastercard. The credit card on file will be charged immediately following the conclusion of the auction.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: We charge a buyer's premium of 15%. The premium is added in addition to the final selling amount.

SALE'S TAX: This is a non-taxable auction.

REMOVAL: Item removal will take place Wednesday-Friday, January 25th-27th from 9AM - 4PM. NO EXCEPTIONS. The valid invoice must be presented to remove any items. All removal is the complete responsibility of the buyer. Winning bidders are responsible for removing all items in an appropriate manner. Winning bidders must bring ALL appropriate tools and materials to completely remove their items. If you are not familiar with how to remove your items it is recommended you contact a professional. All items must be removed on the scheduled removal days or they will be considered abandoned. NO EXCEPTIONS. No refunds will be given for items not picked up. RestaurantAuctionCompany.com is not responsible for any damage incurred during the removal process.

TRANSPORTATION TO HARRISBURG: RAC will provide removal and transportation services to bring items back to our Harrisburg warehouse for pick up at our warehouse. There is an additional charge for this service. Contact our office for more information.

SHIPPING: Shipping arrangements can be made with RAC. Arrangements must be made immediately following the close of the auction. RAC will charge a removal fee to bring the items to our warehouse for palletizing/packing. The cost of shipping is at the expense of the buyer. Additionally, RAC charges a $40.00 palletizing fee per item to be shipped via common carrier(palletizing fees may increase pending size of item). A $10/box packing fee is charge for UPS Ground shipments.

ABANDONED ITEMS: Any items not picked up on specified removal day may be discarded, removed, resold or stored at the sellers discretion. When you place a bid and are notified of winning an item with RestaurantAuctionCompany.com, the item is now contractually yours and any fees associated with moving, removing, discarding, or collecting payment whether physical or legal are the responsibility of the bidder.
