Terms: 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the hammer price to determine final purchase price. 10% of the total purchase price is to be placed escrow the day of the auction with the balance being due upon delivery of marketable title. Closing will be approximately 30 days. Possession will be given at closing.
Association Assessments. Current regular Association assessments and dues (Association Assessments) paid in advance will be credited to Seller at Closing. Cash reserves held out of the regular Association Assessments for deferred maintenance by the Association will not be credited to Seller except as may be otherwise provided by the Governing Documents.
