Auction By: Lyn Liechty Auctions, The R.E.A.L. Auction Co. Adrian, Mi. Email firstname.lastname@example.org Tele: 517-266-2542
Lyn's Note: John & Jane owned Gillen's Hardware for 22 years before retiring, but the store itself dates back to at least 1906 when it was Gust Hardware. It then changed ownership and was Demeritt Hardware, Decker Hardware and finally Gillen's Hardware. Nearly all of the auction items date back to the beginning of the original store and were utilized right up to the closing of the business. These are well-cared for antiques backed up by solid local history. A smaller auction, but well worth the drive.
