Media, Illinois is located approximately 17 miles east of Burlington, Iowa, 27 miles southwest of Galesburg, Illinois and approximately 25 miles northwest of Macomb, Illinois. Standard terms to include: Ten percent (10%) of the final bid price will be paid on the day of sale with the balance due at the time of closing. The closing will take place in approximately 30 days, on or about Wednesday, December 7, 2016. Immediately following the auction the successful buyer shall enter into a written agreement with the seller. The 2016 Real Estate Taxes, which are due and payable in 2017, will be paid in full by the seller. Title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided by the seller. Possession will be given at the time of closing subject only to the remainder of the 2016 farm tenancy. Farm sells with full farming rights for the 2017 crop year and with full fall 2016 hunting rights.
