The property is more particularly described in a deed by Schafer & Johnson LLC to Lucas Todd Wilson and Jenna Marie Wilson dated December 26, 2012, recorded December 28, 2012, at Deed Book 216, page 616, records of the Edmonson County Court Clerk.
