ITEMS. Our Staff cannot provide lifting assistance.

WRAPPING For Fragile Items.

IMPORTANT: Items MUST be picked up at
the SCHEDULED REMOVAL SESSION. You may
send someone to pick up for you. Items not picked
up will be considered abandoned and forfeited
(with NO refund). Buyer agrees to pay a
$25.00 ABANDONMENT FEE.

3) We automatically ship your items if your shipping
address is more than 2 hours away from the auction,
unless you notify us that you will be coming to the removal.

FURNITURE, HEAVY or EXTRA-LARGE ITEMS:
EMAIL cs@dilliardauctions.com BEFORE YOU BID to see if your item will be considered Extra Large, Heavy or Extra Fragile. Any items that cannot be packaged by us and shipped via USPS or FedEx, will need to be freighted at the Buyer's expense. The Buyer must hire a freight company and schedule them to pick up the item(s) during the scheduled removal.

SHIPPING COSTS:
We ship via the least expensive way but the final decision is at our discretion, with safety of your items our foremost priority. We use FedEx or USPS. Every effort is made to have all items shipped within 10 days. If you have a preference as to how your items are handled, packed or shipped, please email us IMMEDIATELY after the auction closes. Once your items are packed we cannot make changes.
