Registration: All bidders must register and provide proper identification the day of the auction. Bidding will be by the number system.

Method of Payment: All purchase must be paid in full day of sale by check, cash, Visa or Master card. A 10% buyer’s premium will be charged to all purchases. A 13% buyer’s premium will be charged to all purchase using visa or Master card.

Firearm Transfer: Information Coming Soon!

Condition of Items: All items are being sold “As-Is” “Where-Is” with no warranty being expressed or implied by the Auction Company or the Seller.

Removal: Removal will be for one hour after the conclusion of the auction. For the larger items, arrangements may be made with the Auctioneer for additional removal time.

Removal of Bin: Removal will be from the conclusion of the Auction until 5:00 pm and on Monday, November 14th from 9:00 am until 12:00 noon.

Lunch Served: Refreshments will be available the day of the auction.

Restrooms: Restroom available inside the building.
