Haori — Kimono Jackets

1.      Green Pine katazome stencil haori with silver thread. *Hand-painted silk lining (Ukiyo-e figures)

2.      Purple/white blue egasuri(dbl. ikat) woven haori. Red patterned silk lining.

3.      Dark gurple Meisen haori with claud shapes. Red patterned s¡Ik lini       .

4.      Brown, dusty pink and beige roketsu-zome hand-drawn patterned haori. White silk lining.

5.      Black crepe haori with shibori and hand-painted chrysanthemums.. Pink/white silk lining. Haori with cloud shapes. Red patterned silk lining

6.      Lavender Rinzu patterned long silk haori. Multi-colored printed shibori- style silk lining.

7.      Black, green, red, silver Meisen haori. Printed yuzen-style silk lining.

28.  Men’s light indigo blue, heavily starched linen summer kimono. Mon or crests. Unlined other than seat panel.

29.  Large white and indigo cotton yukata (summer) kimono. Wave scallops and calligraphy print. Unlined

30.  Large (Men’s) white and indigo yukata kimono with wave scallops and bamboo leaves. Unlined.

31.  Dark indigo yukata kimono with miura shibori pattern. Unlined


32.  Maroon crepe michiyuki kimono coat with lavender medallions, and shibori motifs. Pink silk patterned lining.

33.  Hand painted pink Nagoya-style obi with boy, steam and chrysanthemums. Signed gift paper.


34.  Fireman’s coat. Heavy cotton sashiko (quilt stitched) honren jacket. Black, red, blue with lettering.


35.   Uchikake (wedding) kimono. Pink with white embroidered crane. Heavily padded hem.

36.  Uchikake (wedding) kimono. Cream with red, turquoise, pink and gold embroidered leaf patterns.


37.  24” x 9 x” wooden Battledore with Oshi-e (Push picture) relief fabric image of fighting samurai with sword.  Hand-painting, gofun oyster-shell white. Reverse: Ink painted swallow, bamboo, snow.
