METHOD AND TERMS
     A survey will be completed on all tracts prior to sale. Tracts sell on price per acre basis, based on final survey acreage.

      All tracts will be offered in a group through the method of "Buyer's Choice" and will be continued until all tracts have been sold.

     Immediately following the bidding, the successful buyer(s) will be required to pay 10% down evening of sale payable to Scotland County Abstract & Title Escrow and sign into written contract with the sellers. The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing on or before November 29th 2016. Full possession will be given at closing, subject to remaining CRP contract on tract 1-6 ending October 30th 2017. Successful Buyer(s) will receive all 2017 CRP payment and have Immediate Hunting rights for 2016 fast approaching whitetail deer season. The 2016 real estate taxes will be prorated at closing. Title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided. All additional closing cost will be divided in equal shares between the buyer(s) and seller(s).
