 Parcel 1: 24.476 acres mostly wooded land, Parcel 2: 28.189 acres, approx. 7 acres open, balance wooded land; Parcel 3: 44.452 acres, mostly wooded land, Parcel 4: 3.788 acres, half open land, balance wooded land.
