Contents of homestead built in 1853 was a large farm house constructed of brick.

RARE – RARE – RARE - possibly only one known.A. Overholt Distillery – Foster Wheller brass encase gauge from the Broadford PA distillery, 11” diameter.

Overholt Whiskey bottles crate. “The Sinking Of The Titanic” hardcover, written and published same year as disaster - 1912.

Approx. 60 WWI original glossy action photo post cards.

Diamond Dye general store cabinet in gorgeous condition, “Evolution of Woman”. (interior dye colors selections still distinguishable).

OF HIGH INTEREST – Spode Blue Room (England) china dinnerware.  Bryce, Lenox, Bombay China, Gibson China, Williamsburg, Stefan Crystal Studio by known local artist/craftsman in crystal  Mr. Seamus Connolly original from Ireland.  Wheel cut crystal.  Lenox dinnerware, Haviland dinner service.  Much, much more.

OF FURTHER SPECIAL INTEREST –  Lots of brass candlesticks and figural pieces.  “Dignity and Independence” framed print from Tate Gallery London art.  Many more highly decorative prints.  Lots of Christmas décor.  Lots of linens.  Ornate keeper chests.   Lots of high end home décor.  Silver plate services.  May be some sterling as search continues. (looking for sterling candlesticks).

 

 

NOTE:  This home is very large.  As seen in photos, we still have many storage areas to search, including the attic and large multi room basement.

Home was completed in 1853 and served as a farm house as all land north; which is now the location of 100’s of homes, was farm land.  More to be added when worthy of noting.

ATTENTION:  All large furniture items that are not occasional pieces shall sell first from inside the home, (10:00AM).  Preceeding the large items being sold indoors, all carry out items sold outdoors.  Bring wrapping paper and boxes.

No pre-sale inquiries are to be made at the residence.  Respect the family’s right to privacy.  Home may be available for sale in the future.
