Online absentee bidding available on and after Tuesday, November 15th.  CLICK HERE TO BID.  The auction will then be a live event concluding on Friday, November 25 starting at 10AM.  We will likely sell 60-100 lots per hour.

We have a great selection of vintage grocery advertising dating from the late 1940's up into the early 1970's with food and vanity items, many in unopened packages.  Great for that finicky collector or for those wanting to film a movie or short an in need of period items.

Also included will be a great selection of vintage comic books ranging from 10, 12 and 15 cent books with a nice group of mint unread subscription superhero comics from the 1960's that were all from one estate and are still in their original shipping sleeves.  Highlights include Incredible Hulk 102, Metamorpho 1, Spectre 1, Hawkman 1, Captain Marvel 1, Green Lantern 28,29 and 30 and many others with some lots of other non-superhero books.

The auction is rounded up with a large quantity of Lafayette Journal and Courier newspapers that covered a vast majority of the space race from the 1960's including John Glenn's first earth orbit, Virgil "Gus" Grissom and crew tragedy, Neil Armstrong entire week up to and following the first moon landing as well as others both happy and sad.  There are many other subjects such as natural disasters (tornadoes and blizzards) plus other tragic events and Presidential happenings with a heavy dose of the JFK assassination including several different newspapers from the same day and an entire week of coverage on that alone.  Just found a nice group of WWII related newspapers with many VE Day and VJ Day headlines in large red ink.  The papers were all carefully stored and are mostly complete examples with no bug damage.  Please check out this great group of items coming up for auction.

Food and drinks will be available.  Chili, hot dogs, coffee and water are complimentary for live bidders.

We accept cash, check, credit cards and paypal.  Paypal and credit cards will be charged a 3% convenience fee.
