The successful bidder will provide $5,000 or 10% of the purchase price whichever is greater and is NON REFUNDABLE. The successful buyer will enter into a real estate purchase agreement contract at the conclusion of the auction. The sale of the real estate is NOT CONTINGENT on the buyer’s ability to finance, appraisal, inspections, or survey’s. The seller will provide good title. The taxes will be prorated. The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing which will be in 30 days or less. Potential buyer’s must provide a LETTER OF QUALIFICATION  from their financial institution stating they are qualified to buy real estate whether by financing or cash (proof of funds) to bid at the auction.
