Offered at PUBLIC AUCTION
on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 5:30 pm and will be the real estate consisting
of three (3) lots to be sold individually and are located on Arthur Curry Road,
Liberty, IN. Auction site will be at Lot 28. Said property is co-owned by
Melvin William Curry, Vickie S. Cox, David C. Curry, and James M. Curry, Jr.
and sells subject to the owners confirmation. There will be open bidding as
determined by the auctioneer.
Legal: Lot 1: (LOT 45 -
3.22 acres) Pleasant View S. D. Lot 45 11-10-02; Lot 2 (LOT 28 - 1.04 acres)

DOWN PAYMENT: 10% down
payment on auction day with balance due within (30) thirty days at closing.
Down payment may be made in the form of cash, cashiers check, personal check

ACCEPTANCE OF BID PRICES:
Successful bidders will be required to enter into a purchase agreement at the
auction site & immediately following the auction. All final bid prices are
subject to sellers acceptance or rejection.
