Theresa Foxen Living Estate

*** No buyers fee ***
DIRECTIONS: 6 miles N-NW of Belleville on HWY 92 to CTA, then west 1 mile. You can click the map on auctionzip which shows Auction Drive, Belleville. The actual address is 8385 County Rd A, Verona.
Auctioneers Note: Theresa and her late husband lived in New Glarus for over 40 years. She has since moved to assisted living and we will be liquidating her personal property.
Oh Boy, We have merchandise. They lived through the depression and thus never thrown anything away. They kept it all and now we have moved the items from their house as there is no room to hold this auction at their residence.
I started with a 24' trailer and tried to take pictures as they loaded, so I did not get as many pictures as I wanted but will as we unload and go back for the rest of the household at a later date.
Listing as fast as I could write, so much more than what is listed for sure!
10/25 update; We have (2) more trailers to unload, so expect some more information once they are unloaded. Due to the large amount of items~ we will be selling more box lots rather than piece by piece. You will benefit!
10/30 update; So as an auctioneer you arrive at the clients house and everything is boxed and ready to be moved, you aren't really sure how much you have~ or even what you have and then you start unboxing. This is going to be a good one. We are going to take more pictures today and they will be up for next weeks viewing. Plan on attending and call your friends.
JEWELRY; There is enough jewelry for an auction all by itself. I'm no expert when it comes to jewelry but I can tell that something that looks like a string of pearls(etc) might not be, but just by the weight of the necklaces, maybe? Come and judge for yourself. I can not believe how much jewelry Theresa had, but it is a lifetime of jewelry.
