FURNITURE, HEAVY or EXTRA-LARGE ITEMS:

Any items that cannot be packaged by us and shipped via USPS or FedEx, will need to be freighted at the Buyer's expense. The Buyer must hire a freight company and schedule them to pick up the item(s) during the scheduled removal.

SHIPPING COSTS:
We ship via the least expensive way but the final decision is at our discretion, with safety of your items our foremost priority. We use FedEx or USPS. Every effort is made to have all items shipped within 10 days. If you have a preference as to how your items are handled, packed or shipped, please email us IMMEDIATELY after the auction closes. Once your items are packed we cannot make changes.
