You must register with proper ID (photo) and have a bidder number to bid.

Must be 18 yrs of age to register for a bidding number. All bidders must be registered and have a bidder number to bid.

Items must be paid for before they are removed from the premises.

The auctioneer to control the bidding increments. The auctioneer will settle any disputes between two bidders.


***Firearms: Pa State and Federal Laws Apply, must submit & clear background check for handguns, FFL Dealer will handle background check & transfer. Firearms will not be handed out during the auction and payment must be made before you receive the firearm. 

Absentee bids accepted and must be submitted 48 hours prior to auction, NO EXCEPTIONS. (Please contact auctioneer for absentee bidder form). Bidder responsible for shipping & handling or item pick-up. Auctioneer is NOT responsible for any errors in absentee bids.
