Consignments: Effective Immediately, Harrison Auctions is No Longer Accepting Consignments.
Quality Consignments are now being accepted. Please call to schedule an appointment. Examples of Acceptable Consignments Include: Vintage/Antique Furniture in Clean/Good/Usable Condition, Old Coins/Coin Collections, Fine Jewelry: Sterling, Gold, etc.; New NASCAR Collectibles, Brand New Items.
Items Not Accepted Include: Box Lots, Flea Market Items, Leftover Yard Sale Items, Dirty/Broken/Damaged Items or Items Missing Parts.
Pets -- Pets (dogs, cats, etc.) are Not Allowed on the Premises. We understand that you love you best friend (as we do ours), however, due to insurance regulations, pets are not allowed anywhere inside or outdoors on the premises. "Thank you" for your understanding with regard to this matter.
Seating -- Seating is on a "First Come, First Serve" basis. We Do Not Reserve Seats. As it is unfair to our other customers, we ask that when you arrive you hold seats only for the amount of people who arrived with you in your party and not for people who will/may arrive at a later time. Thank you for your cooperation with this matter.
Registration: A Government Issued Photo ID is Required to Register.

Unpaid buyer tickets are usually the result of clerking tickets still being tallied at the auction podium during an early checkout.

Addition To or Withdrawal From Sale: The Auction House and/or Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the items listed or to sell at this auction items not listed, and also reserves the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two or more selling lots. Whenever the best interest of the seller will be served, the auctioneer reserves the right to sell all of the items listed in bulk. The auctioneer has the right at his absolute discretion to refuse any bid. The highest bidder shall be the buyer at the hammer price. The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.
Removal of Items*: All items must be removed on the day of the sale. Please Bring Help and Tools to Remove Your Items; Auction House Staff are Not Authorized to Assist in Removal of Items. Everything must be removed by end of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made with the Auction House. Additional times for pick up may be offered.
All Items are Sold As Is Where Is. No Refunds -- No Returns.
Once Sold, the Item is the Buyers Responsibility.
