2. If you are a user discussing an issue you had at an auction or with an auctioneer, you may NOT mention the auctioneer's name. General issues may be discussed, but any posts referring to a specific auctioneer will be deleted.

3. Advertising or spamming is not allowed. Users are allowed to discuss specific auctions and items in specific areas. Companies with auction related products may discuss them in a specified area.

4. We reserve the right to remove offensive posts, or posts that otherwise violate the rules without notice.

5. We reserve the right to ban anyone who willfully violates the forum rules, as access to the forums are a privilege and not a right. A banned user would still have access to AuctionZip.com and its features.
