All items are offered "as is where is". Items are used with usual and customary wear and tear. We will answer questions and describe all items as fairly as possible. Please feel free to ask questions. If you would like to view the items, please schedule an appointment.

Buyer's premium will be 18% with a 3% discount for cash.

Payment

We accept all forms of payment to include cash, check, and cards (Visa, MC, AMEX, and Discover). We can also accept payment through Paypal. To do that, you will need to send the amount to [email protected].

Shipping Terms

Pick up: Some items are located off-site and an appointment must be made for pick up. All items must be picked up by April 30.

Shipping: Please note - It is the bidder's responsibility to take shipping, handling, and insurance costs into consideration when bidding on items. The amount charged to you will be the cost that is determined by the shipper. If you need to use our shipper for smaller items, we can make the arrangements.
Large items will require special handling. If you know of a shipper, please feel free to contact them and we will work with your shipper to the best of our ability.

Artwork that is unframed can, typically, be shipped in a tube for a better shipping rate (there are a few exceptions, please ask). Framed art and the few exceptions mentioned previously will be dropped off for packing and shipping by an outside shipper. Large pieces of art will need to be crated for shipping. We will work with whomever you choose for that.

Sales Tax

If you are sales tax exempt, please send us a copy of your form 01-339 TX sales and use tax resale certificate so that we have a current copy on file. If, inadvertently, you are charged sales tax, please let us know and we will correct it and resend your invoice
