We do our best to describe items accurately. All items are sold as is and where is. It is the buyer's responsibility to view the item, ask questions, and decide what the value of the piece is to the buyer.

INVOICES NOT PAID FOR BY THE BUYER WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE THAT WAS USED TO REGISTER FOR THE AUCTION ON THE FIFTH DAY AFTER THE AUCTION ENDS. PAYMENTS NOT CLEARING WILL SUBJECT THE BUYER TO A NON-PAYMENT CLAIM AND BIDDING PRIVILEGES REVOKED. PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU PLAN ON PAYING PROMPTLY OR UPDATING THE AUCTION CENTER WHEN PAYMENT WILL BE MADE. PAYMENT IS EXPECTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE END OF THE ONLINE/LIVE AUCTION FOR ONLINE BIDDERS.

Shipping Terms

Jewelry valued $50 and under sent USPS, First Class $3.00
Jewelry over $50.00 sent via USPS priority or other secure method at buyer's cost with
added insurance.
Items whether jewelry or other items that are too heavy or large for Priority will be send by other service at buyer's expense and are subject to a shipping/handling charge if they are large or heavy items for the added shipping and packing materials required.
Your invoice be send following the auction within 24-48 hours and will show the shipping. it is your responsibility to be sure you have provided the correcting mailing address. Should an item be returned and have to be reshipped, it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay for the added shipping if a wrong address was provided.
