Conditions of Sale
Payment: Payment will be accepted invoicing@kodner in the form of Visa with proper identification, MasterCard with proper identification , American Express with proper identification, Discover with proper identification, personal check, cashier's check, Paypal, bank wire transfer, money order, and cash (in house only). Invoices over $5,000 USD must be paid via Wire Transfer, Personal Check or Cashier's Check. For internet bidders, if payment is not received within 5 business days following the auction, a payment reminder invoice will be sent. If payment is not received within 10 business days of the auction, we (Kodner Galleries, Inc.) reserve the right to void the sale of the item(s) to that bidder, and make the item(s) available for sale to the under bidder. In addition, any non-paying bidder will be prohibited from registering for any future auction that is held by Kodner Galleries, Inc. For auction floor bidders, if any item(s) remain unpaid after 10 business days without prior agreement by Kodner Galleries, Inc. management, said item(s) will be relinquished by the bidder and the bidder will be prohibited from registering for any future auctions held by Kodner Galleries, Inc.

If requested, we will provide you with a condition report. All condition reports reflect our good faith opinion but do NOT in any event constitute a representation or warranty about an item and are non-binding.
We do not make any representations or warranties. We specifically disclaim: (1) any comments or descriptions in printed matter, including in catalogues and in promotional material, (2) comments or descriptions made by the Auctioneer during the auction, and (3) any errors or omissions in comments or descriptions. All comments and descriptions, whether verbal or written, are rendered solely as opinion, are not binding and are subject to error
Payment
All payments are due immediately, in full, in U.S. Funds. If you are an absentee, phone bidder, or online bidder and have won an item, we will charge your credit card immediately, unless you instruct us otherwise.
Mebane Antique Auction Gallery accepts cash (in-house bidding/pick-up only), cashier's check, wire transfers, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. The Buyer's Premium is part of the purchase price, as is sales tax if applicable. We reserve the right to hold all goods paid for by check until payment has cleared.
NC Sales Tax
We are required to charge North Carolina sales tax at the current rate unless you provide us with a valid resale number at registration. No sales tax is charged for purchases shipped out of state. Property picked up at Mebane Antique Auction Gallery is subject to North Carolina sales tax, even if you live out-of-state (unless you provide us with a valid resale number).
Shipping Terms
ALL items won by bidder will be shipped through the United States Post Office Insured Mail and/or Registered Mail UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY BUYER.
Buyer is responsible for paying ACTUAL shipping cost (postage AND insurance), which will be charged to the buyer's credit card as soon as the item is shipped.
