Conditions of Sale

All items and lots are sold on a "AS IS","WHERE IS",and "WITH ALL FAULTS" basis "WITHOUT EXCEPTION"..


There is no warranty of age,authenticity or condition of any item or lot...All sales are final!!!

Items not paid for within 14 days of the auction will be considered abandoned. An attempt at charging the card on file will be made if payment has not been received within 4 days of the auction.

Items paid for and not shipped or picked up within 30 days of the auction will become property of PA Auction Center LLC.

18% buyers premium charged to all online bidder.



A 6% PA sales tax will be charged on all items/lots unless we have a signed PA sales tax exempt form on file with our auction company prior to the day of the auction or the items are being shipped across state lines.


Absentee bids will be accepted for this auction but you must have a signed absentee bid form back to the our auction company 1 day prior to the auction... Contact us for an absentee bid form [email protected]

Buyers Premium

There will be an 18% buyers premium for online bidders.

Condition Of items

Payment

Invoices will be sent to you within 48 hours of the auction.

Once you have received the invoice you have 4 days to submit payment online. If we have not received payment in 4 days we will attempt to charge the credit card you have on file.

If payment has not been received within 14 days of the auction the items will be considered abandoned.

Items not shipped or picked up within 30 days of the auction will become property of Pa Auction Center

Shipping Terms

PA Auction Center can assist you in packaging and shipping your items AT YOUR EXPENSE!

Shipping for out of country bidders will be handled by a 3rd party shipping company.

Packaging will be billed based on the amount of time and material used to package the items .

There will be a minimum of $10.00 packing fee per invoice for all antiques and rates will go up depending on how much material and time is spent packing the item.

Coins and currency packing and shipping costs.
Flat rate envelope cost $6.50-10.00 plus a $1.50 fee & 1% for insurance.
Flat rate small box costs $7.50-12.00 plus a $1.50 packing fee & 1% for insurance.
Flat rate Medium box costs $13.50-20.00 plus a $1.50 packing fee and 1% for insurance.
At your request smaller lots of coins can be wrapped in cardstock paper and shipped in a regular un-insured, un-tracked envelop AT YOUR OWN RISK! All such request must be emailed to [email protected] within 12 hours of the auction.

Fedex shipping cost will vary depending on weight and size. Please be mindful of the size of the item you are bidding on as some packages can cost hundreds of dollars to ship..

All items must be removed or shipped within 30 days of the auction or they will be considered abandoned and will become property of the Pa Auction Center

Taxes
