Our Auction Company will charge a 7% Indiana State sales tax to all winning bids. If you are tax exempt, you can email the company a copy of the completed certificate to ethielkeauctions@gmail.com. We will keep this on file if you bid in future auctions.
Payment
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal are acceptable forms of payment for all charges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO Refunds or Credit Card Chargebacks for ANY Reason. Anyone attempting a Chargeback will be Charged a Breach of Contract Fee of $1000.00 OR 50% of their Total, whichever is greater. All payments are due at the fall of the hammer unless otherwise specified. Please be aware that most likely the card on file at auction registration will be charged for purchases, buyer premium and any other applicable fees. Cashier's Check Payments are Accepted on Amounts of $1,000.00 or More but MUST Be Received within 5 Days of the Auction's end. We will Refund Your Credit Card if it has been Charged already & You want to pay via Other Accepted Payment Methods.
