T6) Failure to Remove Purchases. In the event items are not removed within three (3) business days after the auction(s) end OR shipping payment has not been received within four (4) days after the full payment of the item(s), the items purchased shall be deemed abandoned and Buyer will lose any right, title or interest Buyer may have acquired and the items shall revert and repossess to Auctioneer without further notice to Buyer. Auctioneer shall also be entitled to any costs associated with the removal, storage and reselling of Buyer's items, and any other charges, fees, and expenses incurred as a result of Buyer's failure, including all attorney fees and costs incurred by Auctioneer to enforce Buyer's obligations hereunder.

    Payment
P1) All winning bidders will receive an invoice after the auction emailed to the address used to register. Payment should be made using the link received in the invoice. If you do not pay within four (4) days of the invoice we will charge your card on file used for registration.

P2) By agreeing to our terms and conditions you agree to allow us to charge your card if you are the winner.

P3) We do not receive any credit card information from your registration. You must provide a credit card to process your shipping. Your card will be charged for shipping at the best rate.

P4) Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the winning bidder to contact the office for payment processing. We do not accept money orders.

P5) If you are a local winning bidder, you may pay with a personal or cashier's check. You may also pick up your items or have them shipped. If you are a TN resident, please contact the office if you would like your item(s) shipped.

P6) We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

P7) INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: We accept PayPal for international bidders. JD's Auctions will send an email to the email address provided during registration with payment instructions. Please ensure your email address is correct on your registration information for proper processing.

    P8) NONPAYMENT
Online bidders have no more than four (4) days from the date the invoices are emailed to successfully pay for their items. If we do not receive payment, the items will either be returned to the consignor or returned to auction. Once nonpayment has been identified, an Unpaid Item strike (UPI) will be assigned to your account. Multiple UPIs may permanently ban you from bidding at any other auction gallery on AuctionZip/Invaluable. If you are an eBay bidder, you will be assessed a nonpayment strike against your eBay account. Multiple strikes against your eBay account may constitute eBay shutting your account down.

    P9) eBay or verbal/written "cancellations"
JD's does not recognize or accept cancellations for any item won at auction. If the winning bidder decides to "cancel" an item it will be treated as a nonpayment (see P8). If a winning bidder decides to "cancel" an item after it has been paid for, there will be no refunds, no exceptions.
