    This is part number 2 of a 2 session, online only auction, in Canfield, Ohio. This session consists of, antiques, vintage toys, collectibles, guns (not stored onsite), sterling silver, furnishings and household. All items in this household have been meticulously maintained.  Visit session 1 beginning at 1pm for Longaberger Baskets, and the contents of work shop and garage. Live preview/inspection will be Saturday July 26th from 2-4 pm.

    Conditions of Sale

    PAYMENT
    A buyer's premium of 13% will be added to all final bids. Payments accepted are cash, certified check or personal check if known by the auction company, MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover accepted. Dangerfield's reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by personal or bank check until the check has cleared our bank. If shipping is desired you must contact us prior to bidding and upon receipt of invoice with credit card information or request a PayPal invoice for payment.

    Guns: Buyer must be Ohio residents and will not be shipped. Guns will not be stored on premises, and will be available for pick up after required Federal firearms background check is completed. Guns will NOT be available for scheduled pick up day, arrangements will need to be made with auctioneer for pick-up.

    WARRANTIES/REPRESENTATIONS
    All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. Dangerfield's Auction nor the consignor make any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to merchantability, fitness, property, value nor of any other kind, express or implied. All items are available for your examination before the sale. Written and oral descriptions are our opinions and should in no way be construed as a guarantee of any kind as to authenticity, age, condition, materials or any other feature of items being sold. Dangerfield Auctions attempts to catalog every lot correctly and will attempt to point out any defects but will not be responsible or liable for the correctness of the catalog or other descriptions of the lot including genuineness, attribution, provenance, authenticity, and completeness, condition of property or estimate of value. All measurements are approximate. Antiques, by the very nature of their age, have wear that reflects their years of use. As a result, honest wear earned from use is to be expected and is sometimes the proof that an item is an antique. Normal wear will not be listed.     WITHDRAWAL OF LOTS
    Dangerfield's Auction reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time before the sale date without liability.

    STORAGE/PICK UP
    All sales are final and all items must be paid for the day of sale or in the instance of a online only sale the specified pick-up date, or upon receipt of invoice. Buyer must have paid receipt to pick up items. All items must be paid for before taken from premises. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for items at the time of sale. All property should be removed from our premises no later than the close of business at specified pick-up date. Unless prior arrangements have been made with Dangerfield's Auction, items not removed by the specified time will be charged storage and handling fees. Property not paid or removed on pick up date will be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made with auctioneer.

    SALES TAX
    This sale is conducted on the premises of estate, NO SALES TAX WILL BE CHARGED.

    Buyer's Premium
    An 13% buyer's premium will be added to all final bids.
    Shipping Terms
    Items will be shipped ONLY with prior email approval by auctioneer.
    A $5 handling fee will be charged by Dangerfield Auction's for each item requiring shipping, not to exceed a total of $20 to each buyer. Dangerfield Auctions does not ship any item's but will arrange for pick up of purchased by our local UPS Store who will contact the buyer with shipping quote and for payment information. Dangerfield's Auction will not supply payment information to the shipper. Buyer may make their own arrangements for shipping if desired. Items that are stated NO SHIPPING will not be shipped.
