Capitol Auction & Estate Services LLC is a family-owned and operated company. Proprietors Terry and Patrice Mangum collectively have over 50 years of experience in business and customer service industries. They have long-time family connections to the Willamette Valley and have been homeowners in Salem for many years.
Capitol Auction offers regular Antique & Collectible Auctions in their spacious 6,000 square foot auction facility in Salem. Additionally they offer full estate services which can range from taking selected items to auction to liquidating entire residences.
Terry & Patrice both have had a lifelong interest in collecting and travel, which has taken them in recent years to Germany, Switzerland, England, Scotland and France.
Terry is a graduate of the Missouri Auction School ("The Harvard of Auctioneering" established in 1905), member of the National Auctioneers Association, the Oregon Auctioneers Association and Rotary International. Patrice and Terry are both members of the Certified Appraisers Guild of America.
