John A. Whalen has been an Auctioneer for most of his adult life, specializing in antiques, estates, farms and other real estate. Having sold such a wide diversity of items, and with such frequency, has given John an extensive knowledge of values. Whalen Realty & Auction Ltd. deals nationally with buyers and sellers, who have an interest in quality antiques, art glass and fine collections. John also does numerous fund raising charity auctions.

Whalen Realty & Auction, Ltd has been serving the area since 1967, when John purchased the old Neapolis schoolhouse, which he converted into an Auction Gallery. Included is a showroom specializing in Victorian furniture and lamps. Auctions at the Gallery have plenty of seating, good food and at most times two auction rings to keep everyone pleased. John has 3 offices located in Neapolis, Wauseon and Napoleon, OH.
