Arling (1936-2006) and his cousin Frank (Wills) Arling. Today Randy and Frank (Wills) operate the Real Estate and Auction business. Our wives Janet and Bec are the cashiers, Brad Evers and Bob Poeppelman are the clerks. Don and Tony Arling and Dale Poeppelman are auction assistants, all the same employees since 1993. Randy is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Auctioneer in Ohio and Indiana. Frank (Wills) is a licensed Real Estate Salesman and Auctioneer in Ohio and an Auctioneer in Indiana.
