We are available to do Real Estate Auctions, Antique Auctions, Business Liquidation Auctions, Estate Auctions and Fire Arms Auctions. We can conduct your auction at your place or ours!
Densmore Auctions is housed in a 6000 sq. foot hall. We utilize the latest in computer technology to enhance our auction business. Our hall auctions are clerked and cashiered on a computerized system, thus allowing us to provide fast & easy bidder registration and check out. The computer also provides a detailed and complete settlement summary for the seller. Our commission rates are competitive and our advertising is extensive.
Densmore Auctions is family owned & operated. Barry holds an auctioneer, real estate & Federal Fire Arms license and is bonded in the State of Ohio. His wife, Kathy, oversees advertising, auction set up and clerking. Barrys dad,Bob,and sons Clay and Ty work the floor along with the rest of their friendly, knowledgeable staff that they call family. The entire Densmore Auctions staff believes in treating others how they would like to be treated and as in any contract ‘both parties have to benefit for a deal to be fair’.
