A 24 hour course of study was presented to the group to attain the CES designation. The instructor was veteran auctioneer Jack Christy CAI, GPPA, CES & BAS of Christys of Indiana. The attendees learned to market their services to professionals (CPA’s, trustees, tax attorneys, financial planners, etc.) who deal with Estates. After passing a comprehensive test the Auctioneers were bestowed the CES designation. The CES designation program is a part of the National Auctioneers Association Education Institute. Gilroy has been serving the public since 1988 specializing in Estates, antiques & collectibles. He also does specialty auctions featuring Hunt, Fish & Trap items as well as Longaberger Baskets. He also does Charity Auctions by request.
