Zogg's Auction & Cattle Co. and Steven D Zogg Real Estate was established in 2006 by Steven D. Zogg. The company is currently located in Cortland, NY and operated by Steve,his wife, Marisa Zogg, and his brother, Brent Zogg.
We specialize in Marketing Estates, Farm Auctions (including land, cattle, and machinery), Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Antiques, Personal Property Auctions, Business Liquidations, and Appraisals.
It is our mission to expand the Auction Method of marketing throughout the U.S. by helping sellers with all types of successful auctions. We will meet all of your auction needs with honesty and professionalism. It is our goal to listen and then respond to you with a proposal that will satisfy your needs. Steven and his wife, Marisa, reside in Virgil (Cortland County), NY with their sons, Stevie and Barrett, and their Australian Shepherd Yogi.
Steve is also pleased to announce the addition of his brother, Brent, to the company. Brent is a graduate of Hartwick College,a NYS licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a Graduate of Missouri Auction School.
