Professional Experience: I have been providing superior auction services to individuals, families and businesses since 1999. I expanded our offerings to include real estate services in 2002. I attended Missouri Auction School in 1999, Graduated from the Certified Appraiser’s Guild of America in 2001 and graduated from the Certified Auctioneer’s Institute in 2003 after a 3 year course of study. I am a newly elected member of the Nebraska Auctioneer’s Association Board of directors and an active member of the National Auctioneer’s Association. I prescribe to the code of ethics of these two organizations, as well as holding a Nebraska and Iowa real estate sales person’s license. I am also a member in good standing of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

I have conducted several hundred auctions since then that have provided superior outcomes for my customers. I graduated from the World Wide College of Auctioneering in February of 2003. I earned a Nebraska real estate sales person’s license in 2004 and became a member of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I am also an active member of the Nebraska and National Auctioneer’s Associations. In 2009 I was accepted at the prestigious Certified Auctioneer’s Institute for a three year course of study. When I complete this course in 2011, I will have achieved the highest certification of the auction profession. I prescribe to the code of ethics of these organizations, as well.
