As a Graduate from Mendenhall School of Auctioneering and being around in the Auction Business since 1969 (some 40 plus years) because my father Col. Fairfax Harrison NCAL #51, is still an active auctioneer and me being his daughter, wanting to be like him, I became an auctioneer also.
With the help & love from my father and my partner Malcolm Belk, we have accomplished our goals & dreams. Not only do Malcolm and myself have K&M Auctions, we also have a store Ann-A-Lee's Attic located 2 doors up from the Auction House. Ann-A-Lee's was located at 7408 Matthew-Mint Hill Rd, Mint Hill, NC 28227 but we moved it to have the both of them together, along with OUR BARNEY LEE, our store cat to 8400 FAIRVIEW RD, (HWY 218 & 51) MINT HILL, NC 28227.
We love what we do, from Buy-outs, Consigments, Estate liqudations on or off-site, Charity, Benefit or Fundraisers, We will do All Auctions. None are too Large or too Small.
