John graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a specialty in inventory management. John has also graduated from the Allen Tate school of Real Estate and The Carolina Auction Academy. John has a wide array of business savvy in the telecommunications, hospitality, real estate and the food service industries. John is licensed with real estate licenses in 2 states and auctioneer license in North Carolina. The area and markets served are Lake Norman North Carolina consisting of Cornelius, Huntersville, Denver and Mooresville as well as Concord and Kannapolis NC. John is also a recent graduate of the Florida Auctioneers Academy’s RingMaster Certified Program and is in the process of becoming certified as a PACC certified appraiser through the Asheford Institute of Antiques.
