Severn River Auctions exists to provide an open and honest public forum for the resale of estates, business and personal property, and real estate. We provide superior service and value to both buyers and sellers through convenience, reliability, honesty, and professional competence.
We are one of the largest Self Storage Auctioneer's in the Mid Atlantic region, from Virginia to New Jersey. We are insured, licensed and bonded as required. Severn River also works with moving and storage companies to sell storage valuts.

Mr. Philip Cline, our head auctioneer, has a B.S. Cum Laude in Business Management from UMUC and is a graduate of the Missouri Auction School with more than 10 years experience. Mr. Cline is a licensed Auctioneer in Maryland,including Baltimore City, Washington DC, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
Marc Hutchison is our staff auctioneer with more than 10 years direct sales experience. He has more than 4 years experience as an auctioneer and has sold several thousand sotrage unts. He holds our record for the highest unit sale and highest facility sale. Ask him about his recoreds when you see him!
