Kathryn Black & John White, is an independent, privately owned auction company with 18 years auction experience, established and started by both John White & Kathryn Black as White's Auctions in 1993. John White, Auctioneer brings nearly 30 years experience in the antique business overall. He began buying and selling antiques at antique markets around the country as early as his mid twenties and also had a busy antique shop before starting White's Aucitons. His partner, Kathryn Black, brings 18 years auction experience. She recalls acquiring her love of antiques as early as the fifth grade--rescuing an antique desk from her childhood friend's trash and continued to scour shops for treasures for years. Together, their love of antiques, experience, and knowledge continues to grow and evolve.
White's Auctions conducts approximately four to six general antiques, decorative arts and fine collectible auctions per year. The auctions offer a varied selection of items to include, antique furniture, paintings, glass, porcelains, Art Pottery & Glass, fine sterling silver and jewelry, Arts & Crafts, Antique toys, dolls and tools, advertising, military and historical items, etc.
