Basic Real Estate Auction Terms: Property is being sold at absolute auction, regardless of price. Property sells as-is, with no buyer contingencies for financing, inspections or otherwise. 10% Buyer's premium applies. The buyer's premium will be added to the final bid to determine the contract sales price. Financing, if any, is calculated on the final contract price.
