Terms and Conditions

All items sold as is where is, and with bidder/buyer’s own inspection and appraisal. Auctioneer will describe items as best as possible and all statements made day of sale will take precedence over printed material. Purchases must be paid in full by end of sale and removed day of sale. Staff and Auctioneer have permission to bid. At no time may a seller or agent thereof bid on their own items. 

All persons using live telephone, absentee, or internet bidding (if available) will be responsible for determining condition and value of merchandise and not dependant on another’s sight or viewpoint. Personal inspection is most important. Purchaser will be responsible for shipping and handling including insurance for up to winning bid dollar amount. Absentee bids and/or live telephone bidding reservation will be accepted up to 8 hours via internet or 2 hours prior to auction start if in person, with a minimum bid of $50 and a credit card to guarantee. Only winning bids will be called after auction. Items will be shipped within 48 hrs after payment clears. If customer chooses to pick up it must be within one hour after auction ending unless special arrangement is made prior to auction. All absentee and telephone bids will include a 10% buyer’s premium and an additional 5% fee for credit card payment, if used. If Live Internet bidding is available for the auction there will be a 14% buyer’s premium and additional 5% if credit card is used.

Auctioneer shall determine bid increments and the winning bid. In the case of a tie bid, the Auctioneer shall reopen bidding between the two parties only. In the case of an absentee bid, the floor shall open the bidding. The winning bid will be determined by competitive bids with Auctioneer determining bid increments. If an item has a seller confirmation request, the auctioneer shall announce the condition set and the floor will open the bidding. Competitive bidding shall take place.

All bidders must register prior to auction with valid driver’s license and a current mailing address and email address. There will be a 5% Buyers Premium for all sales, waived for cash or check payments. Payment shall be in cash, good check, Visa or MC. All return checks will be subject to a $30 charge and be reported to local police if not paid within 5 business days.
