These vehicles may be inspected beginning at 9AM Sale Day Only. The sale begins at 10AM. All vehicles will be sold “AS-IS” with no warranty neither expressed nor implied. Full payment shall be made at the time of the sale, otherwise the sale may be forfeited and revert back to the City. Vehicles shall be removed from the lot immediately after the sale until 6PM and on Tuesday & Wednesday following the sale from 9AM to 5PM.
A Storage fee of $28 a day will be charged on all vehicles left in the sale lot after 5PM Wednesday.
