Note:
This
is an asset sale and not a transfer of the legal entity. This
is a much cleaner way for you to purchase a business as you are simply
buying assets and not the entity. This allows you to buy it
free and clear from any claims or past bills. All the assets
described here and used in the business including the 1992 Chevrolet
pickup will be transferred to the buyer. The seller will also
transfer the rights to the name Front Range Glass and the rights to the
domain name www.frontrangeglass.com. While there is no
reserve price on this sale, the successful buyer must assume the
current lease that runs through December 17, 2010 at approximately
$2633.88 per month. In the event the sale price does not
exceed $10,000.00, there will be a minimum payment of $10,000.00
collected at the closing. If the sale price of the complete
business is $7,000.00 then the remaining $3,000.00 will be applied to
the lease as pre-paid rent. If the sale price is greater than
$10,000 then it will all be treated as the price paid for the assets.
