Property is offered and will be sold as is/where is with a non-contingent purchase contract. Announcements day of auction shall take precedence over printed advertising.

Potential bidders are strongly encouraged to arrange financing and conduct all desired inspections prior to auction day. A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid to establish the contract sale price.

Personal property remaining in building at closing will transfer at closing at no charge. Property shall transfer clear and free of all liens and encumbrances.  Any future announcements shall take precedence over printed advertisements.
