Self Storage Unit (s) at the following storage facilities are being sold for the non-payment of storage charges, as per the laws governing the foreclosure of self storage units in the local jurisdiction where the facility is located. The tenant of the foreclosed unit has the right to pay, in full, the delinquent charges up to the time of the sale of the unit. The sale of abandoned units and units surrendered by the tenants may also be included in the auction. A limited period of visual inspection will proceed the sale of each unit; however, entering units for inspection is limited by safety concerns. Payment in cash, only (no checks, debit or credit cards), paid at the end of the sale. All units must be cleaned out, including trash removal and broom cleaned, usually within 24 hours.
